FLIGHT BOOKING Terms

*The total price displayed includes all applicable taxes and excludes all applicable airport tax or other charges payable at the airport. You are required to pay the entire amount prior to the confirmation of your booking.

*There will be no refund for 'no-shows' or any partially unused flights even if airlines provide refund.

*Meals, frequent flyer miles and special service requests are on a request basis only and are subject to airline(s) confirmation. For any information regarding your Frequent Flyer miles, please contact the airline directly.

*Kindly ensure that prior to travelling, your passport has a validity of minimum 6 months from the date of travel and that you have the relevant visa and immigration clearance to travel to your destination.

*To avail infant fares, an infant must be under 24 months old throughout the entire itinerary you are booking. This includes both destination and return trips. If the infant is 24 months old or above on the return trip, you'll need to make a separate booking using a child fare. Infants must be accompanied by an adult of at least 18 years of age.

*Some bookings are non-refundable. For these bookings, you will not receive a refund if you change or cancel. Some bookings are refundable. For these bookings, you may be eligible for either a partial or full refund if you change or cancel. If your booking is eligible for a refund, we usually process the refund once with receive from the airlines. After we process your refund, it may take up to 7 days for your financial institution to post the credit to your account, and up to 2 billing cycles for that credit to show on your statement. In general, you will be refunded in the same form of payment and currency you used when booking.

You must note:

*If I make a mistake in the ticket, you should inform me within 1 hour or 24 hours, depending on the travel date. if you reply in this time frame I will rebook the ticket or make changes if any,after that and I will not be held responsible for any issues.

*If Customer wants to cancel ticket, then normal airlines charges + Ritesh Travels Charges (400) + Convenience Charges (400) will be deducted. Note- Booking under special fares are fully Non-Refundable / Non-Changeable. Please note Convenience Charges of Rs 400 will be applicable to all bookings and are fully Non Refundable.

*This website is published & maintained by Ritesh Travels, a company & existing in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. With regard to the use of various services that are provided by Ritesh Travels, the agreement between User and Ritesh Travelswould be a binding contract.

*Ritesh Travels reserves the right to change the terms & conditions under which the services are offered through the website. The user shall be responsible for regularly reviewing the terms & conditions.

*Please check the rules and restrictions in your itinerary for refund details prior to initiating a change or cancellation.
*Convenience Fee is Non-Refundable in case of ticket cancellation by the airlines. In such cases we can arrange a alternative flight (of same airlines), subject to availability, at no extra cost, or will refund amount after deductions of convenience charges(INR 400)
